Beim Vorkochen einfach das Essen in die Schale, ab in den Kühlschrank und am nächsten Tag mit zur Arbeit nehmen. Passt viel mehr rein, als ich dachte! Die Essensteiler sind auch prima, da sie flexibel in der Box verschiebbar sind.
